Hall of Fame

In 2000, the alumni of the chapter began a new Hall of Fame recognition program to recognize alumni for noteworthy achievements in their professions, community service or service to the fraternity. 

The 45th anniversary celebration restarted this tradition, inducting five new members to the Hall of Fame. In 2017 at the 50th Anniversary Celebration 8 more alumni were inducted into the Hall of Fame. In 2021 the KSTUAA Board voted to adopt a new process to induct an alumnus once a year with a few extra during the 5 year reunions. 

The process has also been modified so that the HOF Nominating committee now collects nominations and creates profiles for existing members of the Hall of Fame to vote on. The criteria remains the same to focus on contributions to their profession, community or to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity and Theta-Upsilon Chapter. 

Annual recognition will be scheduled for Homecoming weekends except during the 5 year reunions. A plaque displaying these inductees has been created will be displayed in the Chapter house as a reminder to undergraduate members that their oath to live by the ideals of the Star and Crescent extends beyond college.
