Alumni Asked to Participate in Three Important Ways

The next three weeks are very important for the success of the Kappa Sigma Theta-Upsilon legacy.

Alumni are asked to participate in the following three activities.

#1 Take the KSTUAA 2021 Communications Survey

We want to know what you think about the our Alumni events, publications (The Fricker Report and The Fricker Flash) our Social Media sites and initiatives.

Please take the following survey according to your initiation year by clicking the links below:

Alumni Initiated 1967-1982

Alumni Initiated 1983-1990

Alumni Initiated 1991-1999

Alumni Initiated 2000-2015

#2 Donate to the Theta-Upsilon Chapter's Scholarship Fund (SAJ Weekend March 4-7)

We are weeks away from having a Kappa Sigma colony on Miami's campus again. Stephen Alonzo Jackson Weekend of Giving is the perfect time to display our commitment to the future of Kappa Sigma at Miami. 100% of your tax-deductible donation to the Endowment Fund during this weekend goes into Theta-Upsilon's account which provides yearly Scholarship/Leadership Awards for our future members. Last year our alumni donated $1,568 raising our account balance to $7,145.

Theta-Upsilon Alumni have some catching up to do to match Muskingum's Theta-Omicron
Chapter whose account stands at $30,000.

If you have an employer that matches charitable donations you can tap them to double your gift as the Kappa Sigma Endowment Fund is a registered charitable organization.

#3 Participate in the 2021 Cossa Challenge to support the KSTUAA Memorial Fund

The NCAA will announce the 64 teams for this year's Men's Basketball Tournament on March 14 and kick off our last fundraiser event of the year: The Cossa Challenge.

The split the pot format awards the alumnus with the a cash prize (assuming his score beat's Cossa's) and offers a consolation prize to the alumnus closest to Eddie Fricker point total.

The KSTUAA portion of this year's pot will fund our Memorial Fund. KSTUAA sends flowers and condolences on behalf of our alumni when alumni join the Chapter Celestial.

Email us at KSTUAA@gmail.com and Bracket Master Mikes will send you a link to enter.

You can enter up to 6 brackets ($25 each). If you haven't paid your alumni dues this year, please add $25 or a larger donation which helps pay for the printing and mailing of our newsletter.
